事件的描述

For this you need a key fob for the apartment building's entryways or a key fob for the garage gate. Once in the garage, you need additional access to unlock the bike cage. All tenants have common entry key fobs, but not all key fobs are programmed for bike cage access. To get their key fob programmed for bike cage access, a tenant has to specifically request it and register their bike with management (we did this). This is why I suspect that the person who took my bike is a tenant or someone with access to a key fob programmed for bike cage access.
